FAQ – Rentals, Services & Products

Q1: How long is the flower wall rental period?
All rentals are for a full-day period. Setup and breakdown are handled by The Pretty Room Co. staff.

Q2: Who is responsible if the flower wall or décor gets damaged?
Once setup is complete, the client is responsible for all décor and flower walls until breakdown. Any damage, destruction, or theft is the client’s responsibility—this includes accidents, guests, children, and weather.

Q3: What if the flower wall is damaged or stolen?
The client agrees to pay a replacement fee equal to the full retail value of the item. Theft is a serious offense, and legal action may be taken to recover the value.

Q4: What about weather?
The Pretty Room Co. is not responsible for wind, rain, or other weather conditions that may cause accidents or damage. Outdoor rentals are at the client’s own risk, and any damage from weather is still the client’s responsibility.

Q5: Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your rental or service.

Q6: When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. If payment is not received, delivery and setup will not take place.

Q7: Can I cancel my rental?

  • Rentals: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event (before the final payment is due). Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Planning Services: Cancellation must be made before planning begins OR within 24–48 hours after deposit payment.

  • Coordination Services: Cancellation can be made any time before the final payment is due.

  • Products: All product sales are final and non-refundable.

Q8: Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking.

Q9: What if I don’t pay the balance on time?
Failure to pay by the deadline will result in cancellation of your booking with no refund of your deposit.

Q10: How do I agree to the terms?
By booking rentals, purchasing products, or securing services with The Pretty Room Co., you are acknowledging and agreeing to all terms listed above.
